Needlefelt Folksy Rabbit & Carrot Stocking ~ 150.00

This folksy rabbit is made from aged wool felt to which I have needlefelted his is wonderful wool fur. His handdrawn eyes were done using artist pencils and are muslin patches that have been sewn on seperately. I then felted a darker wool around them to make them stand out. He has a floss nose and needlesculpted mouth and ears. His ears are also wired so you can pose them as you wish. He is wearing his best easter hat that has been felted with festive polka dots. In his hands he is carrying an egg that has been felted to match his hat. He has collar made of yellow tulle with a rusty bell accent.

Rabbit is tucked into a handpainted osnaburg carrot that has been stuffed and needlesculpted then handpainted for a realistic look. The carrot’s top is made from colorwashed cheesecloth. Attached to the side of the carrot with a rusty safety pin is a whimsical Easter tag with vintage mica and bottle cap ’Bunny’ accent. Although this is a whimisical piece is also very aged and primitive. Made to hang the entire piece is 27“ tall. A wonderful door greater for the Spring & Easter Season!

Romeo & Juliette Folk Art Doll & Dove ~ 125.00

Meet Romeo & Juliette. Juliette is handmade from aged muslin. Her face and hair have been handpainted and accented with artists pencils. She is wearing her party hat trimmed with fringe and her best dress made of the finest decorator fabrics. Her dress is made of a checked fabric, her underskirt is made of a delicately rich burgundy and her petticoat is a calio fabric trimmed in lace. Her underskirt is cinched with a beautiful satin stitching and gives her skirt extra fullness. She has a burgundy sash around her waist that ties in back. Her collar is made from the same checked fabric as her dress as well as golden tulle. She has a vintage button cameo at her throat.

Each piece of her dress is sewn on seperately as are her arms and legs. Her tiny prim shoes are handpainted to match her dress. Her legs and arms are wired for poseability. Her lovely head is tilted to one side and she is holding Romeo, her most faithful friend.

Romeo is securely attached to Juliette hands and she holds him all on her own. She comes with prim collage art tag that means “Key to my Heart“. Romeo is made from the same white calio as Juliette’s petticoat. He has quilted wings and tail feather each sewn on seperately. He has french knot eyes that have been accented and shaded with artists pencils.

Should you decide you need them to make your Valentine’s complete: Juliette measures 22“ without her hat. The entire piece is perfectly aged and detailed. This is a One of a Kind Peach*Street*Primitives Original and will come signed and dated.
